Elite-level coaching.Athlete-first training.

Programs built by a former ASU Academic All-American who trained under Olympic-level coaches, designed to make you a stronger, faster, more confident athlete. In person in Kansas City or remote.

Train with purpose. See the difference.

Who I train

Every program is built for the person in front of me: their sport, their body, and where they want to go.

Youth and high school athletes

Swimmers, runners, and field and ice athletes, ages 8 to 18+, from first-timers to elite. Strength, mobility, power, and the confidence to go with it.

Teams and coaches

Season-long strength, plyometric, and dryland programming written for your roster and your calendar, plus team goal-setting sessions.

Former athletes and moms

For anyone ready to regain their strength, confidence, and love for movement. Training that meets you where you are now.

Flyover Performance training session

The philosophy

The better the athlete, the better the swimmer, runner, or player we can expect them to be.
Coach Bentley Blake training

Flyover Performance develops overall athleticism first. Programs build strength, mobility, and coordination to support muscle development, power, and injury prevention, with accessory work aimed at each sport: hip and ankle stability for runners, shoulder stabilization for swimmers, and so on.

Sessions combine power, speed, relative strength, and complex movements, such as:

  • Row to press
  • Core connection through upper-body push
  • Isometric holds for speed endurance

Above all, athletes learn accountability and ownership. What they get out of their sport is earned by the effort they put into the weight room and the pool. The tools come straight from training alongside some of the best athletes and coaches in the world; using them is up to each athlete.
